An Example...

Cagiva Mito 125 complete engine strip with cylinder re-plated, new piston and piston rings, main bearings, con rod, crank seals, and complete gasket set. All parts used are original quality or better in most cases better. This would be considered a standard engine rebuild. All this for just £799 with free return delivery. We would be more than happy to do the complete job i.e. remove the engine from bike, carry out all the engine work and refit the engine. Another Example...

A 4 cylinder Jap engine full strip to repair a gearbox that jumps out of a particular gear usually second or third would be: £700 labour plus parts. The cost of parts for this type of job will obviously vary depending on the degree of damage. Contact us to discuss the options. 

A top end rebuild... 

This involves removal of cylinder head and barrels (sometimes it's not possible to remove barrels as they are part of the upper crankcase) replacement of piston rings, hone cylinders, removing, checking, grinding and then refitting the valves with new valve stem oil seals. Then reassembled with new head and base gaskets, valve clearances checked and adjusted with new cam cover gasket fitted.

The cost for this would be £700 plus parts, the cost of parts can vary depending on the make and model of bike.
